It's amazing to me that Bush is still trying to commit so many billions to missile defense, even as the Taliban continue to establish themselves in Afghanistan.
It's as if 9/11 never happened.
Well someone has to feed the ravenous MIC and associated wolves, Gordo. And while I don't believe for a minute that this kind of thing will stop even with a Dem president in charge, I hope against hope that such criminal "nest feathering" will be greatly curtailed.
