A Sudden Spam Attack - And More ...

Please note that comment moderation has (reluctantly) been reintroduced - meaning that you'll be asked to enter the given (half dozen or so) alphabet letters provided when reaching the comment box.

Overnight we've been spam-attacked with over 100 nonsense comments. Also, much more worryingly, we've had to change our personal publishing password, since 'Blogger' has suddenly refused to recognise/accept the one we've used since first setting up in the blogging business.

Therefore, we have to wonder:

Why? Why now? Who? How?

So far we don't know the answer to any of these questions, but we certainly are not strong believers in 'coincidences' - and indeed never have been.

If we were, we'd probably accept without question that that's all this was -- when our current blogging 'problems' began (completely out the blue), more or less immediately following our previous blog post regarding "intelligence".

We think it's time we took our tin-foil hat out of it's box again.

Yes? No? What say you?
