Wasn't it US/UK 'Intelligence' (courtesy Colin Powell & Co), that conned so many at the outset into assisting the United States (and it's so-called coalition of the willing), cause the continuing chaos & carnage that currently is Iraq?

Geoff Morrell said intelligence would be "key for any sort of any military response" to the attacks on Turkey by the Kurdistan Workers' Party

Not in a billion years. A double dealer is a double dealer ... period. And even if they brike the habit of a lifetime and for once stopped lying, they couldn't be trusted to get things right. If you could ask all the lastest war dead - Iraqis as well as their own - they'd vouch for that.

First and foremost, I would like to say to the good Turks in this forum that most western cultures in this part of the world (North America) admires Turkey and loves your cultures.
To the US haters and cry babies, where was your government when the US needed your alliance as a so-called friend wanted to use your "airspace" to land thier aircraft??
Now you are crying fowl because the US would not help your cause to become an EU member?? Have you ever heard of a saying you scratch my back and I scratch yours?
And yes! Your government have oppressed the Kurdistani people for decades! submitting these poor people to slavery! and your expect Americans to help! You got to be kidding me!
Take a look at yourself in the mirror and ask if the USA is the devil then what would you call Turkey? Here in the US even dogs have the basic "human" rights! Is it safe to call the Kurds dogs then since your government treats them like one??

Hey, anon, I'm pretty sure there are no Turks posting here. Some posters who know Turkey first hand, yeah, sure - but no Turks post here as far as I'm aware. I'm sure Richard can and will enlighten me if I'm wrong though.
On another note, I don't know where you get your information about Turkey from but I'd suggest you recheck it all.

Oh, yeah. Now I remember, it's that thing that's based around policy - NOT truth.
Also, I think anon has been drinking too much cool-aid. I'd think he'd have realised by now though that the PKK has been designated a terrorist organisation for years -- by America itself as well as many other nations.
