What a crying shame. What a wanton waste.

Yet another sickening American suicide bomber shooter story.

What another lethal lapse in US citizens' homeland security, eh?

And as if this ever escalating, US serial suicide shooters and mass murderers' shocking state of affairs wasn't sickening enough in itself, we get this sort of sheer stupidity from MSM America.

Clues sought after random US mall rampage
That's how one particular report starts.

And here's how the same piece ends.

The Nebraska incident was the latest in a series of shootings in the United States, which is home to more than 200 million privately owned firearms for a population of just over 300 million, authorities say.

In February, an 18-year-old Bosnian refugee shot and killed five people in a Utah shopping mall before being gunned down by police.

There have also been a series of school shootings this year, the worst being the Virginia Tech massacre in April, when 32 people were killed by a student who went on a campus rampage.
Clues sought, Sherlock? Did you say CLUES?!

Surely you're just joking?

Surely you read your own reports? Right through?

So what the hell is it you need? A damned diagram?

Read the rest of this Robert Hawkins related report.

Crazy, isn't it? The cry went out throughout the American media, "What was it that caused this young man to perpetrate this dreadful act?"

The weapon was an assault rifle. In 1994, then President Bill Clinton signed into law the 'Violent Crime Control and Law Enforcement Act'. Included in that act was a ban on the sale of 'assault rifles and certain automatic weapons'. The ban was for ten years. In September 2004, the ban expired. Bush agreed only to extend the ban if the Senate voted an extension. The vote, heavily lobbied against by the National Rifle Association and voted on by a strongly Republican Senate, was doomed from the start. It failed by 8 - 90. However Bush was widely criticized by supporters of the ban for doing nothing to persuade the Senate to enact an extension. In fact, Bush made it very clear he was totally opposed to a ban.

Yesterday's massacre resulted.

anonymous, more Americans are murdered by Americans than by any other nationals. Additionally, only a tiny fraction of the murderers are from any religious section other than the so called Christians.

RJA, I could not be more with you and Richard on this. These victims died (like god knows how many before them) because so many guns are so easily obtained by so many -- including every evil and demented individual fancies having one.

Clues? Whys? Hows?

Easy, Live by the sword, die by the sword. Live by the gun, die by the gun.

Not exactly rocket science is it?

Computer games depicting violence and offering young people interaction with violence have much to answer for in my opinion.

In a country where it's too ridiculously easy to acquire firearms, is it any wonder that those brought up with the idea that violence is a game carry on playing?

Anyone looking for a perfect definition of 'decadence' need look no further than today's USA.

If it's true that those who the gods chose to destroy, they first make mad ... then hold on to hats folks ... the first part is now complete.

If it wasn't so serious it would be laughable.

In America even the raving loonies are so scared of the even loonier loonies all round them that they feel they HAVE to have guns.

If anyone sane happens to get in their way, even innocently or purely accidentally ~ Boom, Boom! Tough shit. Here's to the next time. Bring'em on.

I didn't realise untill recently that there truly was such a thing as a self fullfilling prophesy
